Highlights

  • The Iran War threw a wrench into the markets in the first quarter, however the damage was less severe than the 2025 tariff sell off, and markets have recently traded to all time highs.
  • We saw a bit of valuation reset, the Mag7 are still expensive, but the average stock is close to the long term average.
  • Volatility is normal, the average year has a 13% pullback.
  • Bottom Line: Oil needs to flow, Strait of Hormuz open will allow markets to continue higher.
