Including Treasury bills in a portfolio is a smart option due to their high short-term rates, which may remain elevated for an extended period. U.S. Treasury bills offer a low-risk investment with a return of 5.3%, providing a real rate of return of 3.5% compared to the current inflation expectation of 1.83%.
